I Am Fed Up. Any Advice Is Highly Appreciated Moms?

I am so tired with my 9 month old daughter. I feel like she is the most different baby i have ever seen. She is very stubborn. I always read here on Y/A, mum talking abut their infants and their routines but my daughter is just out of control. She doesn’t seem to be bound in any schedule or routine. She sleeps and wakes anytime she want. Sometimes she will sleep after taking bath and other days she starts crawling and if i try to take her and rock her she will throw tantrums. I am so fed up. I feel like i am going through baby blue now lol
I have tried everything even at night, she will sleep at 9:00pm and wakes after an hour (no lights and so noise at all in the room) and don’t sleep till 1:00am and othe nights she will sleep peacefully at 9:00pm.
She never slept throughout the night in these 9 months and i always tried to ignore that but atleast i can ask for a schedule for her and my peace of mind.
Please any advice i am tired and sometimes i feel like shouting at her.
What should i do??
