ive got an n97 mini and its terrible and now want an iphone but im only 5months into my 24 month contract but now i believe i have made a mistake by getting this phone, its terrible ive been buying nokias for years too, now all faith has been lost. So i want an iphone ,help!

You can get second hand iPhones being sold locally in your area at craigslist.
They go for around $100 to $1000 depending on which one you want.
Original iPhone – Goes for $100-$200
iPhone 3G – Goes for $150-$350
iPhone 3GS – Goes for $300-$400
iPhone 4 – Goes for $600-$1000
The earlier iPhones are unlockable to use with other networks (GSM networks only though since it’s a GSM phone) but the iPhone 3GS with NEWER bootroms aren’t unlockable yet (mainly cause there’s not jailbreak solution for it yet until iOS 4.1) and the iPhone 4 isn’t unlockable yet either.
Jailbreak and unlock solutions for those phones are estimated to arrive when iOS 4.1 is released.
Also iOS 4 on the iPhone 3G causes a HUGE performance dip. OS 3.1.3 is better and more optimized.
